Are your Manager and Employee certifications current? A Manager's
CPFM (Certified Professional Food Manager) Certificate is required for each manager, within 90 days of hire, and employees
must be trained within 60 days of hire and must work supervised by a certified manager until they have been trained. A certifed
Manager must be on duty at all times during operation.
Florida RSVP provides training on location, to keep you in
compliance with state laws. Florida RSVP will assist you in developing house policies and HACCP plans that will educate and

The State of Florida mandates that all food service workers
must be trained in food handling safety. The Florida Statute 509.049, the Florida Food Handlers Training Statute, became mandatory
on January 1, 2001.
